Pizza & Salad Illness Strikes - Jet's Pizza, Greer South Carolina

I am working out of town and I stay at the Marriott on the parkway regularly. I ordered Jets pizza like I often do when I’m in town and ate the pizza and small greek salad at about 8:00 PM. By 11 PM I started having terrible stomach cramping, followed by getting violently ill with diarrhea and then vomiting. It is 7 AM now and I still am vomiting and have diarrhea. I am not able to work today. I am so sick that I can’t even remember ever being sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
