- comments: observed approximately 10-15 fruit and house flies in deli area near prep table and hand washing sink. Observed approximately 3-5 flies in service meat department. Instructed to clean and remove house and fruit flies from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the fly activity. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed grease buildup on lower hot holding surface of chicken hot holding unit, food debris on prep tables and floors. Instructed to degrease, clean and sanitize.
