Jimmy John's, South Glenburnie Road, New Bern, NC, USA Food Poisoning

Ate tuna sandwich the Thursday before Christmas felt like I was dying all weekend and landed in ER Xmas eve. Then felt better for about 10 days had jimmy Johns last night because I was told it wasn’t from food before but here I am again feeling like death!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM JIMMY JOHNS !! I ate on 12/24/18 at around 2pm at Jimmy Johns. I ate the Italian unwich. The only thing prior to that was black coffee in the morning. Around 3 to 4 hours later I started feeling funny/anxious. Then overheated, then nausea. I laid down at 6 pm then got up and had bad diarrhea. Still with nausea, I laid down again, but then got up and had more diarrhea 2 more times, then around 930pm I had Vomitting, like a firehose, then went back and had vomiting and diarrhea till 11pm. I ate tuna salad sandwich , and my husband ate the ultimate porker sandwich and we both got violently sick within hours.

Ordered a large Turkey sandwich Friday afternoon. Wasn't feeling great right after eating it but thaught it was just food intolerance. Next morning I had the worst diarrhea of my life, could barely stand without passing out, was extremely clammy and had a fever, etc. This has lasted 12+ hours already despite anti-diarrhea meds and I am.debating an ER trip for extreme dehydration as I can't keep anything down.

I had a roast beef, turkey, provolone sand which with peppers and vinegar/oil added. The symptoms seem to be severe. I ordered my food roughly at 7 ocklock.

I order the #11 with extra lettuce for lunch. Not sure if that was a good move. That afternoon I was feeling bed. I had over an hour commute home. Held it in. Soon as I got home i rushed to the bathroom. It’s been an awful 24 hours.

I consumed a #12 beach club with Dijon mustard and hot peppers around noon Sunday 11/18. This is my usual order. By 2pm I was experiencing diarrhea. By 4 I was nauseous. Around 6 I had body chills and a fever and was having diarrhea after any fluid intake where I mostly drank water and Gatorade. I took Tylenol and the the fever seems to have subsided but I still have diarrhea and awful stomach cramps.

I got a beach club sandwich. I have never had one and about 23 into the sandwich I thought I tasted something kind of rancid or off the tasting but I figured it was just my taste buds. I finished the sandwich and within 30 minutes to an hour I was freezing cold shaking visibly nauseated and dizzy. Ive became so sick I could not hold my head up. My husband and i both got sick 1 hour after eating the vito giant. Still the next day my stomach is upset.

Ate about 1PM. Had a #1 and a #10. Both me and my husband had food poisoning symptoms after eating.
