I got sick after eating spring salad mix, I ate a salad for lunch and within an hour for diarrhea and nausea. Tonight for dinner my boyfriend and I had salad mix with our pizza. Rights away we both have diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and chills. It has to be the salad mix we got yesterday at here. This salad with exp date 5/13/22.Only common denominator is the lettuce mix we got at here yesterday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
