KFC Kids Meal Illness - KFC, England

Went to KFC with my family. I'm a grown adult but I wasn't feeling much hungry only slightly. I got a kids meal for myself and my oldest niece who is 10. My nephew got a zinger box meal and same with my sister. Her little daughter who is 1 years old didn't eat as much. Today is next day and myself,my nephew and my niece were sick.
