First time eating at this establishment. Severe vomiting 30 minutes after eating their papaya salad, fried spring rolls, house special fried rice (various meats and vegetables) and house special noodles (various meats and vegetables). Before ingesting these, I had no illness or symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Food poisoning cannot happen in such a short timeframe but many times people are confused and think that the last thing they ate caused the illness. You should look at things you consumed the previous day.
