Alert to not consume Kroger-branded 93 % lean ground beef due to possible E. coli

Consumer Reports is advising the public to not consume a specific Kroger-branded 93 percent lean ground beef sold at Kroger and Fred Meyer Supermarkets because it is possibly contaminated with a strain of E. coli O157:H7. The impacted product was sold in Kroger, Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter, Ralphs, Dillons, and several other supermarkets.

Kroger-brand ground beef purchased at a Fred Meyer supermarket in Seattle and tested by Consumer Reports was found to have a deadly strain of E. coli called O157:H7. The tested package of 93 percent lean ground beef is marked with an “Establishment” (EST) number of 965, representing the plant where the meat was processed, and a “use or freeze by date” of 1/11/2022. At this time, there is no recall of this ground beef, and no illnesses have been linked to the product.

Consumers who might have purchased Kroger-branded 93 percent lean ground beef from any Kroger-owned grocery store should check their packages and throw away the product if it contains that establishment number and “use or freeze by” date. Those stores include Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter, Ralphs, Dillons, and several other supermarkets. Consumers also should not buy ground beef with those markings from any of those stores.

I would have extreme diarrhea. So today I pooped and noticed I pooped a lot, this is my 3rd round of pooping after flushing 2 other consecutive rounds. Im finding what looks like it could be parasites but I never had that happen before nor know if that’s what they look like if they even come out of your rectum.
