We ate yesterday March 3rd here. My wife ordered fatoosh salad, I share some of it but she got extremely sick and had vomiting and diarrhoea all night. In the morning I took her to Emergency Room. She was treated there with IV and medicines. We informed the restaurant but they dismissed our complaint so other folks don’t get sick but they ignored our complaint and became defensive. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
