Ate a few slices of pepperoni pizza and two bread sticks from little Caesars. I now have diarrhea and a painful stomach...like a twisting sour /burning feeling. I feel nauseous too.. Little Caesars | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
