I ate two slices of pizza the day before yesterday and today I’ve been vomiting all day. Anything I eat I vomit right up. I have stomach cramps and got a fever. Also my little brother got sick right after he ate the pizza but mine was a day after I ate that pizza. I used to be fine eating it but now it’s upsetting my stomach. Days ago (almost a week) when my older sister ate some she got diarrhea and felt pressure on her stomach (she didn’t throw up because she made herself not to...she has emetophobia which is the fear of vomit so it was intense for her) so she stopped eating it. My family isn’t buying anymore pizza by that company. I think there is something in that like it’s not a coincidence. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea
