3 people had — diarrhea, nausea and vomiting
“They ate a large pepperoni pizza from here I don't have the receipt on hand to tell the exact time but it was purchased on February 13 2020. An hour or so after eating one child started complaining of stomach pains and started vomiting. An hour after the first child... started complaining about stomach pains the second child started complaining and started vomiting and having diarrhea.
“Pizza I ordered a pepperoni pizza. They got it out to me really quickly, which is not usual because there were other customers who were waiting for their food. It was warm, but it did smell unusual. It didn’t smell like regular pizza and it was a little strange. I... got through 3 1/2 pieces and I felt like I was going to throw up. I literally said “I feel like I’m about to throw up.” As the urge to throw up got worse, I went to the bathroom and threw up. Threw up 3 pieces of pizza because I already spat out what I had in my mouth. After I threw up, I told ,myself that I’m not eating pizza again from this place. I don’t want to have this happen to anyone else, but it is pretty concerning because I never threw up after eating pizza. ”
“pizza, bread sticks I got the 6 piece special and an order of bread sticks. I ate them on the way home. 2 hours later i had a nauseous feeling and began throwing up the pizza and after a while i had severe diarrhea. This continued all night. I had... a 104° fever. This continued to the next day. Finally at 3am I went to the emergency room at the hospital and the doctor there told me i had symptoms of sepsis and began treating me with ROSEPHIN ”

“Four people ate one of their hot and ready pizzas for lunch yesterday. Almost a day later, we still have horrible stomach pains and had many trips to the bathroom. ”
“Ordered spicy chicken and when I went to chewing, everything inside my mouth seemed foreign. Immediately spat it up, made the video, went to bathroom and threw up. When I came out of the restroom I noticed the sandwich and any remaining evidence was discarded and when I requested the... substantial evidence the manager said she's not going into the trash and threatened me with the police. She attempted to simply pacify my clearly traumatized self with a refund for their mishap and then threatened with police when I insisted on the uncooked evidence. Started having pounding headache and feeling nauseous so was transported via ambulance from the scene and diagnosed with gastroenteritis from capital Regional medical center. ”
“Eating salad, probably E coli. Happened within minutes I ate the arugula salad with roasted cauliflower , 3 blackberries, and some green peas at 12:30 Stood up from table at 1:00 cramping began immediately. I worked outside for about an hour with a hired hand, all the while, bending over,... walking stooped. Came inside to lie down. Never could get comfortable. Finally at 8 pm , the first vomiting. I thought great. This is the end. Continued vomiting, 9:00, 10:30, 2:30. Not possible to sleep with the severe pains, and nausea. Stayed in bed all day Monday moaning. drinking water. Got up to go to bathroom but the movement so painful it took about 30 m each time I got back to bed for stomach to calm down even the slightest . Supposed to leave Tuesday morning to Dallas to help my son-in-law with the children while daughter out of town business trip. No sleep Monday night. When I got out of bed at 4:30am to catch the flight, I vomited again. Cancelled trip temporarily. Cost my husband and I $400 to reschedule. Not sure now if I can go tomorrow. I cant walk upright. So much abdominal pain. The restaurant rep explained to me that it was not food poisoning but the flu. I know the difference. She then lectured about fresh raw vegetables are not susceptible to food poisoning. I explained that lettuce is especially prone to bacteria if not washed properly.
It was arugula salad with roasted cauliflower ”
“February 1, 2020, at 1:47 PM. I purchased 3 Haagen Daz ice creams, 14 oz size, assorted flavors, at this store. The first one was consumed immediately, the same day. It appeared to be OK. The second one was consumed later that evening. The second one seemed to be OK,... but as I got closer to the bottom, it was obvious it had not been refrigerated properly. The bottom had melted and then refrozen, before I bought it. Ck'd my freezer, the thermometer showed a temp of minus 5 degrees F.
Developed nausea a few hours later that night, then extreme fatigue for the better part of a week, Notified the store manager, of the refrozen ice cream and asked him to ck with his vendor to try to prevent future occurrences. He sent me an email a few days later indicating he wanted to discuss it with me. Saw him Feb 7th, Thursday, at the store. I told him I wanted to discuss it as well but was in a hurry, would do it later when it was mutually convenient. He, not to be put off, followed me down the back stairs and started an apparently prepared speech. YOU ARE MAKING A LOT OF COMPLAINTS. IT SEEMS WE CAN'T PLEASE YOU. NO ONE HAS EVER COMPLAINED BEFORE. He even quoted the ice cream vendor, who was not present, as saying, he, the vendor had never a complaint about melted ice cream, he repeated his speech several more times with the additional filip that, "YOU WOULD BE HAPPIER GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.”
As background, the store freezer, full of ice cream, had malfunctioned a short time before that. Many pints of ice cream had melted but were refrozen when the freezer came back on. I mentioned to him, at the time, those ice creams should be disposed of. The vendor or he may have been putting a few pints of refrozen, spoiled, ice cream back in the freezer in an attempt to minimize the dollar loss.
Whatever the cause, spoiled ice cream should not be sold. Telling customers to go somewhere else is not an effective way of dealing with concerns about spoiled products. They and the Health Department need to take the necessary steps to prevent future occurrences.
“Sabra hummus I'm the only one who ate it. Was perfectly fine until about 1 hour after I had it. Violent stomach ache, Diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. It was ordered through Peapod which is a grocery delivery service for them, I don't know where the deliveries originate from. ”
“Ate half of an Impossible Whopper, after a quick nap, woke up to non-stop diarrhea and vomiting, hiving and very sensitive to motion, was not able to hold a sip of water and did not seem to end or come out.
I had no health insurance, so ran around town... trying to qualify for a ER visit, it was my first time because I’m able to handle a lot of things and rarely get sick; I was honestly scared.
After going to work the next week, I over heard one co-worker state she had to go to the ER for eating the Impossible Whopper as well, she was trying it for her ulcers. ”
“Eatting from there hours ago Around 6 or 7 pm I got hungry and eat there and after a minute my stomach rumble a bit while I was working door dash, hours later I threw up working and after I finish my order I parked anywhere and started to feel... worst and now I threw up more ”
