- comments: observed evidence of 8- live roaches crawling on drainboard of 3- compartment sink,on floor under refrigerator,on wall behind kitchen door,on upper door frame of mopsink closet. Kid's toilet room-on wall. Pre-k room door frame. 3-5 live small flies in kitchen,under hand sink in 2's room and kid's toilet room. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 10/3/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
