I am writing to inform you of an unpleasant experience my family and I had after having lunch at Loro Parque.On the day of our visit, we ate lunch at one of the restaurants inside the park. Everyone in our family had a meal. I personally ordered spaghetti bolognese, which had a slightly unusual taste, but at the time I assumed it was due to the seasoning.
A short while after the meal, I started to feel unwell and experienced severe symptoms, including vomiting and diarrhea. My wife also became unwell, although her symptoms were milder and limited to diarrhea.
Given the close timing between the meal and the onset of symptoms, we are concerned that the food may have been the cause. This significantly affected our day at the park and our overall experience.
We wanted to bring this to your attention so that the situation can be reviewed and appropriate measures taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
