- comments: noted no certified food manager on duty while tcs foods (rice, beans etc. ) were being prepared and served. Instructed management that a certified food manager must be present at all times tcs foods are prepared and served also the person in charge must have a city of chicago certificate by next inspection (upon being inspected) priority foundation violation 7-38-012. Citation issued

- comments: no splash guard between front exposed hand sink and coffee prep table and at the rear prep area and drainboard of 3 compartment sink. Must install a washable splash guard.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: noted outside garbage dumpster overloaded and preventing proper lid closure. Instructed to always have dumpster lid closed to prevent food source for pest priority foundation #7-38-020(b).
