My daughter ate a bowl of Lucky Charms about an hour before she went to bed. She woke up a couple of hours later and was very sick with stomach cramps and proceeded to violently vomit. Once the food was out of her stomach, she quit vomiting but felt sick for most of the day and had to call out of school and work. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
