Last night. My 5 year old had a bowl before bed and woke up during the night with horrible stomach pain and had a fever of 101.3, He’s the only one that ate the cereal, no one else is sick. 15 minutes after giving him ibuprofen he felt much better. Has not even been 24 hours yet so will see what happens. | Symptoms: Fever, Cramps, Stomach Pain
