never had food poisoning in my life to where it was this bad, got a chicken bowl with rice and I ate a few pieces of the chicken, the rice, hummus, and the feta on top of the salad. ate this at 5pm and had stomach pains not too long after. by 11pm I had extremely watery diarrhea and right after that I felt like I was going to pass out I felt so lightheaded. sat in the shower and lay down on my bed after, I felt super weak. maybe 10 mins after laying down I felt the urge to throw up and was dry heaving and then proceeded to throw up 3 more times. I never throw up so I was not happy, and couldn’t enjoy food for days because my stomach was off. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain, Weakness
