Me and my fiance ordered from Marco's for the first time last night, he wanted to try them.. I ate 2 slices and one cheese bread slice, about 3 hours later I woke up with bad stomachache cramps, used the bathroom several times within that hour. My fiance woke up about an hour later around 3am with the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
