16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: 4-602. 11(b-e): found a minimal amount of black unknown substance on the food contact surface of the ice machine (top interior behind panel). Ice is used for human consumption. Instructed manager to clean, sanitize, and maintain.

59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: 8-404. 13 (b:3) found continued non- compliance from inspection report #2576532 conducted on 5/30/23. The following previous priority foundation violations were not corrected: 6-501. 111 found 4 small flies located next to the compactor in the rear storage area. Instructed manager to minimize all fly activity. At the time of inspection, 6/2/23 noted, small fly activity increased, noted 30 small flies next to the compactor. 4-101. 19 observed broken and stained ceiling tiles in the prepared foods prep area. Instructed to replace and-or clean. At the time of inspection on 6/2/23, noted some stained and broken tiles were replaced and instructed the manager to replace all stained ceiling tiles. Instructed manager to comply. Priority foundation violation. 7-42-090. Citation issued.
