> INSTRUCTED TO SEAL NOTICEABLE OPENING ON FLOOR NEAR THE REAR ICE MACHINE AND UNDERNEATH THE BAR AREA AND AROUND THE PIPES BEHIND THE HOT WATER TANK IN KITCHEN PREP AREA.
> INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN AND ORGANIZE AND REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES STORED IN REAR HALLWAY LEADING TO THE CAGED STORAGE ROOM AND ON SECOND FLOOR DRY STORAGE ROOM TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE. USABLE ITEMS MUST BE ELEVATED 6' OFF THE FLOOR/WALL FOR EASIER CLEANING AND MAINTAIN.
> OBSERVED BURNT-OUT LIGHT BULB OVER THE COOKING LINE IN KITCHEN PREP AREA.INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE LIGHT BULB AND MAINTAIN ADEQUATE LIGHTING AT ALL TIMES.
> OBSERVED DUSTS ACCUMULATIONS ON KITCHEN EXHAUST HOOD/FILTERS AND AT FRONT HOOD PIZZA OVEN AND ON CEILING VENTILATION COVERS IN CUSTOMERS MENS AND WOMENS TOILET ROOMS.INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN VENT COVERS AND MAINTAIN.
> NO ALLERGEN TRAINING/CERTIFICATE AVAILABLE ON SITE.INSTRUCTED TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN.PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION, NO CITATION ISSUED.
