Purchased sushi on 7/1 around 9 am, ate it, and around 9 am the following day started having diarrhea. This has progressed over 7/2, 7/3, and now 7/4. Symptoms include, completely watery stools, vomiting, intense bloating, and headaches. It's now end of of day on the 4th and I still cant eat or drink much without having to use the toilet.
