I purchased frozen morning star veggie chicken nuggets. About 4 hours after I ate them I started vomiting. 12 times in 2 hours. I didn't eat for 2 days and barely drank water because every time I did, I would vomit. I was severely dehydrated and very weak. It's now been 8 days and I feel back to normal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
