Yesterday 4th July 2022 I bought their Beef Lasagne (product code: M 0206 310 S) and got food poisoning. I didn't eat anything all day yesterday since I didn't have time due to travelling. After eating the lasagne or dinner I started vomiting 4-6 hours later and had continuous diarrhoea and nausea. Today 5th July 2022 is such a warm day in Cardiff but I feel so cold, weak, and have the shakes. I have seen a doctor since I work in the hospital and they have confirmed it's food poisoning. I have been advised to drink plenty of liquid and if the symptoms get worse I should call the ambulance. Also I tested negative for Covid-19, so it's definitely food poisoning.07/06 update: This is not an isolated case because my sister who lives in Cambridge had the same experience as me with the beef lasagna and she hadn't told me until I told her I had food poisoning. I am still unwell and can't eat anything because I vomit it out again and haven't stopped feeling nauseous with stomach cramping. The headaches and diarrhoea have stopped, but I still feel weak. I have been off work for 2 work days now and complained to their customer service. All they offered me was a £3.50 voucher and said this is an isolated case, which is not true. I don't want any money from them, I just want an apology. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Shaking
