Mazzios Pizza Eatery Food Poisoning

My husband ate a whopper and not the salad. Only two of us in our party and only I because I’ll. Ate at 2pm and became sick at 2am.

1/25/2019 was when I ate there and 1/26/2019 is when my symptoms began. I had a double quarter pounder meal.

Was trying to enjoy good dinner prior to flight. Appx 3 hours after meal experienced extreme nausea, vomiting, watery bowles, Went into extreme dehydration and suffered a seizure. Hospital IV was administed. Neurovirsus was diaganosed.

Ended up in the hospital twice after eating a double quarter pounder!

I had ordered two pizzas and some cheese bread and garlic bread and woke up the next morning and everybody in my house was sick and puking

Very old lettuce that gave my wife and I food poisoning!!! We orded afew pizza's from this location. One of the pizzas was a Taco pizza. We both ate 2 slices and afew hours later got very sick . We started vomiting with an upset stomach. The next day we were still both filling sick so I started checking the pizza because that was the last thing we ate. At around 8:30am on February 13th, I went to the Dunkin Donuts in downtown Boston. There were two ladies and a gentleman on duty that morning.
