I ate around 8 PM and ordered a cup of Chicken Tortilla Soup and a Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey sandwich. I am pretty sure it was the soup, but not 100%. I started to feel my stomach ache about 1 hour later. I thought it may be indigestion or something. But 30 minutes later I was puking everything back up. I had explosive diarrhea and puked more after. I tried drinking water, but puked that up as well. I've been trying to sleep but unable to because of the stomache pain and nausea. I am making repeat trips to the bathroom to the bathroom to puke and poop during the night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain, Indigestion
