My family and I ate lunch at capitola 41st mcdonalds.I ate nuggets honey mustard and 2 mcdoubles and a sprite.A while later I started feeling really cold and strange.It got worse my family took me for dinner I was nauseous could not eat any thing.I justWanted to lay down on the car and sleep.High fever somach pain and on the sides of my back and all over.I have not left my couch exept to the bathroom since last night .I am in pain and can not work or do any thing it's really hard to get up and walk .If this does not get better I'm going to the Er! | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever
