McDonald's, 43 Street, Saint Paul, AB, Canada

5002 43 Street, Saint Paul, T0A 3A2 Alberta, Canada

When to McDonald's with the wife and kids on November 13, 2018 at around 8pm. I ordered a McChicken Combo and within and hour and a half I wasnt feeling good. Everyone else was OK but I was the only one that had the McChicken. The next 12 hours were worst case scenario with diarrhea, vomiting, fever and body pains. I had to miss work and my wife stayed home to look after me. Thanks McDonald's, we are never eating there again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
