- comments: observed no city of chicago certified food manager on site nor city of chicago food service sanitation certificate while tcs foods are being prepared, handled and served. (eggs,sausages chicken etc). Instructed that certified food manager has to be present at all times when time and temperature control for safety tcs foods are being prepared, handled and served. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012. Citation issued.

- comments: observed ice scoop stored inside front ice been. Must properly store ice scoops in a clean container to prevent contamination.
