Me and my best friend ate the same foods which were the sausage mcmuffin, mcgriddle and iced caramel coffee. An hour after, my friend feels nauseous and starts getting a headache (I felt fine at the time). Fast forward a day later, I start vomiting and having diarrhea, I call my friend and he said that he was vomiting and having diarrhea ever since I left the previous day. He was sick for two days, I was sick for three. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
