5/13 AM. Ordered ham,egg and cheese McMuffin. Symptoms began within 4 hours. Peaked around 10:00 PM on 5/14. Still have significant stomach pain and cramping as of 9:00 PM on 5/15, although vomiting and fever have subsided. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
