To Whom it May Concern,
My boyfriend works at the Eyman Florence prison in Arizona. When he got off work today at around 6:10pm, he went to the McDonald's closest to his job and bought us both a Caramel and Mocha Frappuccino's. After we finished the Frappuccino, we both experienced abdominal pain, diarrhea, and my left arm was shaking. I'm sending this email in case others are experiencing the same thing.
