BBQ Fries Cause Illness - McDonald's, Sint-Pieters-Leeuw Région Flamande

My husband and I ordered cheeses and the new fries with BBQ bacon sauce and 1 hour later we started having cramps and nausea. Shortly thereafter the vomiting started and then the diarrhea.
