Not sure, but possibly a filet o fish from there I ate the sandwich, about 1 1/2 - 2 hours later I had vomiting and diarrhea, cold sweats, abdominal pain. next day developed fever and body aches, continued diarrhea. Fever and body aches lasted 3 days.Thursday | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Body Ache, Nausea, Other, Sweating
