Fish Sandwich Illness Symptoms - McDonald's, Danville Kentucky

Not sure, but possibly a filet o fish from there I ate the sandwich, about 1 1/2 - 2 hours later I had vomiting and diarrhea, cold sweats, abdominal pain. next day developed fever and body aches, continued diarrhea. Fever and body aches lasted 3 days.
