Nuggets & Fries Illness - McDonald's, Bell Gardens California

My GF and I got the 40 piece nuggets w/fries combo at this McDonalds on Sunday night / Monday early morning 11/19-11/20/23. Later Monday while at work, started feeling nausea and left work early.

GF got it to a lesser extent and we were both out of work that Monday and Tuesday. It's now Wednesday 11.22.23, the GF is feeling a ton better and I'm feeling a bit better, but I'm continuing to have waves of nausea, disorientation, shortness of breath and lower abdominal pain.
