My GF and I got the 40 piece nuggets w/fries combo at this McDonalds on Sunday night / Monday early morning 11/19-11/20/23. Later Monday while at work, started feeling nausea and left work early.GF got it to a lesser extent and we were both out of work that Monday and Tuesday. It's now Wednesday 11.22.23, the GF is feeling a ton better and I'm feeling a bit better, but I'm continuing to have waves of nausea, disorientation, shortness of breath and lower abdominal pain. If this doesn't clear up in the next 48 to 72 hours, going to see a medical specialist. | Symptoms: Nausea, Shortness of Breath, Other
