Sick vomiting stomach ache headache fever food poisoning after eating a Big Mac menu, I ate around 7:30pm A Big Mac menu and I felt not well around 11pm I vomited all night with stomach cramps and fever I had to manage to sleep 30min and in the morning still vomiting stomach ache headache I took antivomitive it seems to be working anyway I don't have anything to vomit anymore as I can't eat | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain
