I ordered food Jan 15 @ 10:28 from McDonald’s on DoorDash and today in the morning me and my kids have had stomach cramps diarrhea vomiting that was the only thing we ate during the night I order 2 cheeseburgers fries 10pc nuggets and strawberries pie we all at some of the burgers and have been in pain all day | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
