My child and I got McDonald's for dinner. He had chicken nugget happy meal with fries and apple slices and experienced no symptoms. I had a quarter pounder with cheese and began experience diarrhea and vomiting with stomach cramping approximately 3 hours after consuming that persisted every 2 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
