Ordered Big Mac with Large fries. About 1 and a half to three hours later my stomach hit a pitfall. From there I was hit with diarreha, my stomach constantly bubbling. All culminating into nausea and me vomitting the meal up later. Still mostly undigested ( of course given the time frame )

Evwryone who ate chicken nuggets/quarter pounders were fine so I think it was specifically just the big mac I was served. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
