My husband ordered the sausage biscuit last Saturday and was sick, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach ache the next day. We had McDonald's again (he had a sausage biscuit again thinking nothing of it) this Saturday and he is ill again today (Sunday). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
