1 Kenepuru Drive, Porirua, 5022 Wellington, New Zealand

Had McDonald’s for dinner at Approx. 2000hrs on 24th of March. Which was the 10 peice of chicken nuggets combo, and a Carmel sundae. Started to feel unwell at approx. 0100hrs with nausea and diarrhea. Woke up at 0500hrs with vomiting and diarrhoea, and was unable to keep any food or liquid down. As well as continuing to vomit up bile. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bile
