Wednesday, January 5, 2022, I was eaten with friends at McDonald's, I took a big mac medium menu with fries and cold tea. 1 or 2 hours we followed I started to feel strong stomach aches, abdominal cramps, headaches and I started having diarrhea. Today I still have stomach aches and I still have diarrhea and one of my friends has the same thing as me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
