Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness - McDonald's, Houston Texas

Ate two McDonald’s spicy chicken sandwiches and a McDouble cheeseburger around 11am on 7-6-18 for lunch at 430pm started feeling sluggish. Been vomiting so much that I actually vomited some blood up. Diarrhea, fever for about 2 and a half days now, constant chills and inability to sleep due to pain in my neck and body.
