Onset: 4 to 12 hours

Additional Information: I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a mc double and a mc flurry. About 3 hours later I started feeling awful. At hour 6 I went to the hospital because I couldn't keep any fluids down. 4 days later I'm still nauseous, but I'm I'm on anti nausea medicine so I can stay hydrated. This is by far the worst case of food poisoning I've gotten in my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
