First, I love McDonald's but restaurant workers must be careful with hygiene or the situation can hurt people. I ate a big Mac and half a medium fry at exactly noon on Saturday, February 24, 2018. I felt OK until about 3:00 PM that same afternoon when I was nauseated and took barf bags with me on the drive home to Denver. After light barfing during the drive, I got home and went to sleep with chills and fever. I got up numerous times during the early evening and over night to vomit and I had diarrhea. Completely gross. After emptying all stomach contents, I feel better today, but food is the last thing on my mind. I love McDonald's, and am a loyal customer, but it will be a long while before I return. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
