I went to McDonald's got a hot & spicy with cheese fries & a sweet tea. I didn't eat anything else between 4pm when I got food and now 0138. Started like gassy, then stomach cramps, belching and frequent urination. Last go to restroom I committed up McDonald's fries and matter that smelled like the grease used on for the fries. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Gas
