- comments: observed soda splatter on cup holders where plastic cups are stored for service by soda machine. Observed holders for cup lids with an accumulation of soda and coffee slatter on sides of holders. Instructed to clean frequently, sanitize, and maintain.

- comments: observed floors in dining room with accumulation of food debris in corners and along the perimeter of the wall. Instructed to clean area and maintain. Observed floors behind 3-comp sink with food debris and around perimiter of kitchen area. Instructed to clean and maintain.
