I ordered a Sausage Mcmuffin meal. It appeared to have been prepared before I ordered it, because the temperature of the sandwich wasn't hot. I was on my way to work, so I ate it anyway. This was around 7:36 am. Everything was going well. By 2:30 pm I had sore stomach. I began to belch and it smelled like eggs. Around 3:15, I had gas, stomach pain, and nausea. At 4:00, or earlier I was on the toilet. I was sick throughout the night. I vomited twice, and had horrible stomach cramps. I didn't stop going to the bathroom until 2PM today.
