Vegan Meal Causes Illness - McDonald's, England

I have just eaten a McPlant meal from McDonalds from Belle Vale (ordered from Uber Eats). I have stomach cramps and I threw up parts of the burger. My stomach feels off. I was fine before I ate this burger. Quite upset that I have had diarrhoea and vomiting from the matter. My mum also has stomach cramps from eating a Big Mac from the same store, but has not vommited as of yet, but has stated she feels quite sick. In the past times we have eaten at this store we have noticed hairs and pubic hairs in our food. Also it's rare they clean the tables and the staff have been rude when we have reported issues. I know this is a franchise store, so I can't blame McDonalds directly, but I am not happy with the level of support or hygiene. They have remade food in the past, but they have been nasty about it at times, even trying to argue that there was nothing wrong with the food despite it not being satisfactory. On one occasion my drink tasted funny, like someone had tipped a tablet or something into it. I told the woman working at the till it didn't taste right and she started getting aggressive and saying "Do you just want a different drink, because there's no point in me making the same drink if you don't like the flavour." I told her, I usually do like the drink and it did not taste right, but she was getting frustrated. The manager on shift dealt with getting me a replacement, but she was not asked to apologise or told not to speak to customers like that. Despite these upsetting issues, we try our best not to eat and drink here, but I'm a vegan and it's really hard to find places to eat when the stores are closed and we are in need of food. My mum has also been sick from this store once before in the past. Chips were warm ups and too hard to eat, were not very nice. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
