I purchased 3 milkshakes on 6/15/18 for my niece , nephew and father. All three family members became very ill, especially my 87 year old elderly father. No one ate anything after drinking the shakes. Symptoms mostly included abdominal pains, nausea, and diarrhea. However, my elderly fathers symptoms were much worse, and included sweating, dizziness, feeling faint, and weakness. Later that day, I became aware from my brother and father that all my family members became ill after drinking their shakes. I called the McDonald’s store to alert them of a possible issue around 8:30pm. I asked to speak to the store manager. During my explanation of the situation, our call was disconnected. I subsequently called McDonald’s back several times to either longs rising or ringing , then a pick up/hang up. I tried to call their corporate office in Chicago, but it was too late. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness, Dizziness, Sweating, Stomach Pain3 weeks ago •reported by user-pxwf9254
