“Possibly a sausage egg mcmuffin from there I ate the food for breakfast and had a slight case of diarrhea around 7pm. Next morning / afternoon I ate the second one (I had gotten two of them the previous morning) and a lottle while later my stomach was feeling crampy and I got diarrhea pretty bad

“12/21/20. 3/4 of my family believe to have gotten some type of foodborne illness during our vacation 12/16-12/23/20. We experienced nausea, vomiting, explosive diarrhea, cramping, fatigue and chills. Nestlé Prepared Foods Recalls Pepperoni Hot Pockets Product Due to Possible Glass and Hard Plastic Contamination

“Nestlé Prepared Foods, a Mt. Sterling, Ky. establishment, is recalling approximately 762,615 pounds of not-ready-to-eat (NRTE) pepperoni hot pockets product that may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically pieces of glass and hard plastic, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Sa... fety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
The frozen NRTE pepperoni hot pockets product was produced from Nov. 13, 2020 through Nov. 16, 2020. The product has a shelf life of 14 months. The following product is subject to recall:
54-oz carton packages containing 12 “Nestlé HOT POCKETS BRAND SANDWICHES: PREMIUM PEPPERONI MADE WITH PORK, CHICKEN & BEEF PIZZA GARLIC BUTTERY CRUST” with a “BEST BEFORE FEB 2022” date and lot codes 0318544624, 0319544614, 0320544614, and 0321544614.
The product subject to recall bears establishment number “EST. 7721A” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The product was shipped to retail locations nationwide.
The problem was discovered when the firm received four consumer complaints of extraneous material in the pepperoni hot pocket product.
The firm has received one report of a minor oral injury associated with consumption of this product. FSIS has received no additional reports of injury or illness from consumption of this product. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider.
FSIS is concerned that some product may be frozen and in consumers’ freezers. Consumers who have purchased this product are urged not to consume it. This product should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
This is a Class I recall meaning it is a health hazard situation where there is a reasonable probability that the use of the product will cause serious, adverse health consequences or death.

“Drove and picked up Prime Brisket from there. I smoked it in my Smoker, until it reached 200. I let it rest, and 16 hours after i ate it, i got nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhea, for 2 movements in 10 minutes. And then it was over. So i felt sick for 15 minutes total. My brother ate my Brisket, an... d got same sickness as well. But i dont know for how long. ”
